What data we handle and why
- If you email or phone us: your name, your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us, used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when you contact us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- If you join the club or sign up for an activity: those forms are on Playoff, the club's management platform, which shows its own privacy information. There we handle the data needed to manage your membership, your federation licence, payments and activities. Legal basis: your relationship with the club as a member (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legal and federation obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Visitor statistics: only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to find out how many people visit the website and which pages they read. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw whenever you like from the “Cookies” link in the footer.
This website has no forms of its own and does not collect any data you have not given us.
Photos and videos of activities
We publish photos and videos of club activities, competitions and courses. We only publish images of members who gave their consent for the use of their image when they joined the club; for minors, that consent is given by their mother, father or legal guardian. For minors we only give their first name, never their surnames. If you appear in an image and would like us to remove it, write to us and we will.
How long we keep data
Contact details: for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. Members' data: for as long as the relationship with the club lasts and, after that, for as long as required by legal obligations. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data. We only disclose it when necessary: to the relevant federation to process your licence and its insurance, to Playoff Informática as the data processor for the club's platform and, if you accept analytics cookies, to Google Ireland Limited. Google may process data in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers an adequate safeguard.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] with the subject line “Protección de datos” (Data protection). If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).
